Returns & Replacements Policy

At Elka Prints, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or request a replacement under the conditions below.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

• Returns and replacements are accepted within 90 days of receipt of your order.

• Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and with any original packaging intact).
  

Return & Replacement Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for a return or replacement.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Elka Prints is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will either:

  • Issue a refund (if requested), or

  • Ship out a replacement item.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
